Penang Georgetown - Upper Penang Road

I experience up and down feeling while i enjoying the nice view of E&O Hotel. Well there is a dark side of upper penang i believe most of us does know it. Today i standing at different angle to view the Upper Penang road where i found out there is a lot of land had been abandoned which the rubbish is like a small mountain here. I guess this pieces of lot is waiting his owner to development it.... feel sad when seeing a pieces of golden land had me let go like this.
