Today was the First Day "PLF" Penang Number plate had be release. I was here to get my first Car number plate..... i reach here around 8.00am. This plate was so crowded..... the best stuff on apply a new car number was simply fill in a form + Both side IC + RM 210. The calling number was running kinda fast... i only wait for 20 minute.... then reach my turn to make the booking of the car plate number. THe most important was do you necessary photostat before came here.... cause the photostat services was kinda slow.
