Penang Georgetown - Classic Family Entertainment Center RM 3.00 Steamboat

Recently this Classic Family Entertainment Center had making the huge wave of crowd.... as they implemented a news Steamboat program that cost only RM 3.00. It is kinda crowded today some said got to waited for an hour only got places to enjoy the food. Well it is because of luck i meeting up with a junior that came in slightly early then us and they found 4 person places. Thank for the invitation we just nice for 4 of us to sit down.

Overall process from order till we be serve up the food was about 30 minute. Some customer and us few that the soup refill process was damn slow and although you order few round the foreign worker will just ignore you. Dear and me saw some proactive customer carry their bowl straight to the counter to ask for refill. (dear and me had learn some tips here.... in order to had refill you got to order those common soup such as chicken soup & Tom yam soup.... the work will only entertain this refill else you got to waited for long refill sometime like dear face no refill at all). Besides that, I would said you got to beware on the bill as they will giving you a wrong bill from others table. Well i personally had this issue was the bill was over charge one soft drink that we never order. After some argument with the foreign worker... they serve us the soft drink that overcharge. Well dear and me feel that they is more room to improve for this restaurant system as the really mass up alots especial on bill area.
