Recently I always had the question on the Queensbay Mall Muti- storey Car Park. As i always see that one of the 3 exit point always block by the management team. This happened even the exit car park was so crowded. Take as example today... It took dear and me for 16:36 to 17:06 only we can exit the car park. It is about 30 minute we queue up just to exit the Mall. The management seriously need to took on this as a court. As impacting the image of visiting this mall.
