Singapore Tampines - IKEA Tampines

One of the best facility we can enjoy in Tampines is the free shuttle to the Tampines North Drive. Every 15 to 20 minute there is the free shuttle bus will arrived outside the Tampines 1 Mall to fetch public toward North Drive. There is 3 places you can go at North Drive, IKEA, Giant & Court. All this three more provide free shuttle Bus to Tampines. But there is no indication telling you where to wait. With analysis and asking thought people standing in the queue outside the Tampines 1, we only know that the bus will stop at this point to make the pick up. Overall journey is 15 minute to reach IKEA from Tampines. The IKEA Tampines it seen like larger compare the one is Damansara Malaysia....

Singapore Potong Pasir MRT - Exploring around Potong Pasir

After visiting the Kallang Sector.... i start my exploration around Potong Pasir MRT area. Where i found the PIE Highway was walking distance away from the Kallang Sector. The Siemens Office is located right beside the Macpherson Road. The Ministry of Manpower office also at this area. It seen like this is very connivence places to been. All this view may be can be miss easily when you driving in Singapore.

Singapore Kallang Sector - 1,3 & 5 Kallang Sector

Today i doing my exploration around this 1, 3 & 5 Kalllang Sector. It is warehouse and office area. Previous do some research the rental charge per sq ft. here is SGD 1.20. Therefore 2347 sq feet is equal to SGD 2817 per month. Building at this area is mainly own by Maple Tree Group. Where most of this area is served as Warehouse or small manufacturing factory. There is small group of company here is serve as company office. The nearest MRT here is Potong Pasir MRT. But there is an alternative where can go to Aljunied MRT by Bus 125/125A.

Hi all follower and reader.... JA "Jimmy & Alice" recently had make a shifting to neighbouring countries "Singapore" for business growing and oversea. Singapore Tampines - Tampines Central 8 DBSS

Tampines Central 8 DBSS will became our house from today onward. It is about 10 minute walk from Tampines MRT Interchange. It is kinda connivence and can easily found eatery outlets around this area. Tampines already reach very mature stated where all the facility can be found over here. Currently there is only one MRT line operating here. But two year from now the Downtown line will completed and added another MRT station at their area.

Singapore Kranjit MRT- T2 MOBILE SHOP SingTel Prepaid Sim Card

In order to stay connected with people. Dear and me simply bump in to the mobile shop at Kranjit MRT. This shop call T2 MOBILE SHOP.... where selling all kinda of mobile related product. We took up SingTel prepaid card where cause us per card for SGD 10.00. To check the SingTel related package can just punch in *100# or make a call to this "9676 7777"to look for the option. The worker here was very experience as they no need to heard or look what the call is they can simply key in their option.

Johor Johor Bharu - Johor Bahru Sentral Check Point

Two day we already cross this custom check point for twice LoL. It is usual Sunday this custom check point will be expected to be very crowded start from 5pm onward. Indeed is it kinda crowded and a lots of people cross to the custom border on queuing up at the human check counter. Where the Automatic border checker had very less people us it. Dear and me when to the automatic border checker and by pass the crowd i think this is more wise. Well heard from local friend the queue can easily catch up to 2 or 3 hour if crossing the border on public holiday.

Johor Skudai - Tampoi Hao Ji Restaurant "豪记海鲜小食"

Hao Ji Restaurant "豪记海鲜小食"is our first meal in Tampoi, Johor Bharu. Where we was introduce by one of the local friend. Hao Ji Restaurant "豪记海鲜小食" is located at Tampoi Indah II where it is kinda low profile with very little customer daily visit it. Hao Ji Restaurant "豪记海鲜小食" only will visit by the local for their home cook food... where you can see those who seated at your surrounding is the local. Overall food was good to try.... but there is not must of surprise we had beside the "Ku lou Rou - Pork cook with tomato sauce" is above average.

Singapore Expo MRT - Expo Changi City Point Mall Shabu-Sai Japanese Restaurant

I think this is our very first Meal that we had in Expo Area after 12 hour we reaching Singapore. This is the second time dear and me visit Shabu-Sai Japanese Restaurant after the first visit on 13 Aug 2015. This is buffet style restaurant where per pax is SGD 19 per pax. It is kinda cheap compare to other places. You can enjoy Sukiyaki for 100 minute or 2 hour on weekend. The food taste and quality here is kinda nice and meeting our expectation. Dear and me had quote this restaurant as MUST TRY food in Singapore.
